These hazelnut, almond, and coffee date bars are a delight! This delicious snack is perfect for those on the go! Makes 8-10 bars.
What you'll need: Blender 15 Deglet Noor dates 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts 1/4 cup almond butter or hazelnut butter 1 tbsp ground coffee 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon tiny tiny tiny pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Put almonds and hazelnuts in a blender and pulse until finely ground. Then add all other ingredients. Transfer batter to a small square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press batter down firmly. Put in fridge for at least two hours before serving. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
