I make this chicken soup almost weekly. It’s super simple and your crock pot does all the work!
This is the crockpot that I use:
What you'll need: 2 organic raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts 8 large carrots, peeled and diced 4 celery stalks, diced 1/2 yellow onion, diced 1 32 fl oz organic low sodium chicken broth 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dried rosemary 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp oregano salt and pepper to season
Put all veggies and chicken broth in crock pot. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and oregano. Give a quick stir. Turn on high and cook for 4 hours. Once done, take chicken breasts out and shred. Add chicken back to pot. I like mine with a dollop of non fat greek yogurt. Serve and enjoy!
