Healthy(er) Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies with only 3 ingredients?! Yes it is possible! These cookies are more salty than sweet, but will still satisfy your sweet tooth! Makes 15 cookies.

What you'll need:

1 cup all natural smooth peanut butter 

1/3 cup honey

1 egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients and stir very well. Drop small spoonfuls of cookie dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press each cookie down lightly with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with almond milk and BAM!,  you have a late night snack!
